We all know that the benefits of a good night's sleep are virtually endless, yet often life gets in the way and we don't prioritise our precious slumber.  Committing our thoughts and worries to paper can work wonders and keeping records helps us keep up good habits. Studies have shown that warm feet send us to sleep more quickly and regulate our nighttime body temperature. Our brains are wired to associate darkness with sleep. Eye masks are an easy solution to irritating light sources and promote deep sleep whilst eliminating distractions.
