❤ Use a heart shaped cookie cutter to make a hole in your slice of bread. Butter both sides of your bread and cut out heart shape.
❤ Heat a little butter or olive oil in a frying pan and cook the bread for about one minute until golden brown on one side.
❤ Crack an egg into a ramekin, ip the bread over and pour the egg into the heart shaped hole.
❤ Cook on a low heat for approximately two minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking. You can cover the pan with a lid for the nal minute if you like the white a little firmer.
