Although many of us will have broken our New Years resolutions within the first few days of January there is still hope for us yet! We have plenty of time to focus, plan and enjoy achievable goals this year and with the help from our Green Dreamer collection we hope these goals can be realised a little easier.
Green is ‘the new black’ across solids and through prints, such as the totally tropical leaf print, which provides a splash of summer all year round.
This is especially true on our Weekend Bag, which dons this summery print, perfect for those of you who need a little motivation heading back into the gym after the Christmas hibernation…
If you are struggling for motivation and the gym seems like a long distant memory, then there are some amazing classes across London that can help you acheive your 2018 fitness goals. A few of the girls in the office have taken up Yogasphere in The Shard in the past and there are many others similar to this dotted across the city that offer a fun alternative to the gym, check out this great list from @urban_massage https://www.urbanmassage.com/editorial/best-rooftop-yoga-classes-london/
If it is still to early for classes and the gym then these workouts from Olympic Team GB heptathlete Louise Hazel are the perfect way to get up off of the sofa, get a little motivation back and hopefully start your fitness journey for 2018!
Once you are back in the shape of your life thanks to Louise, it is time to plan the next holiday, and what better way to do it than lazing at breakfast or brunch sipping coffee in one of our favourite spots ‘The Vincent’ in Hackney, dreaming of warmer climates.
Although a delicious breakfast or brunch in one of the many London restaurants’ or cafes is hard to turn down, we know that the New Year brings new dietary changes. With that in mind we urge you to go ‘Green’ and try these and many other amazing vegan recipes from Wendy Polisi…
