Senior Merch Admin Assistant / Assistant Merchandiser

Reporting to: Senior Merchandiser

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an analytical, goal driven and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our team. Ideally, you will already be operating at Assistant Merchandiser level and some wholesale experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer accurate production plans and suggest actions accordingly in order to maintain availability, whilst managing terminal stocks
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the warehouse to ensure ideal stock positions
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers to facilitate stock availability
  • Work closely with buying to ensure critical path dates are met
  • Work closely with the Sales team to maximise turnover
  • Produce, interpret and present analysis for in season reviews
  • Provide analysis to support product sign off ensuring all learnings are captured
  • Communication with merchandising teams at key account customers
