*Please note: If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been noted at the time that the order was placed, or failure to respond the calling cards left by the courier, the package will be returned to sender. If the customer wishes the order to be resent, they will be asked to pay the further delivery charges
Delivery Times Once Despatched
UK - Usually next day delivery, however at weekends, bank holidays, and for the extreme highlands and islands we aim to deliver within 2-3days max.
Europe - We aim to deliver within 2-10 working days, depending on country.
Out of Europe - We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days.
- Delivery times are only estimated, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances.
- Billing address - when entering this information, beware that this is the address where your bank card is registered too, not necessarily the delivery address.
- A signature may be required on delivery.
- We recommend that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package. This saves customers rearranging deliveries.
- We do not hold responsibility for packages that have been lost after proof of delivery.
