Delivery Charges 
UK Mainland- £4.95 on standard items via DHL Home. 
On very light items, such as 1 pack of ribbon, we will post standard 1st class via Royal Mail and a delivery charge of £1.50 will be applied.

Europe & rest of the world - calculated using weight/size. Sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Signed For.
 
Please note that we will quote seperately on orders to Europe & rest of the world that contain wrap.

Please note that we can only offer tracking for Europe & rest of the world to UK borders only and cannot be held responsible for goods from this point onwards. If you require delivery with full tracking, please get in contact and we will quote seperately.

*Please note: If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been noted at the time that the order was placed, or failure to respond the calling cards left by the courier, the package will be returned to sender. If the customer wishes the order to be resent, they will be asked to pay the further delivery charges

UK - Usually within 7 working days (Excludes Personalised Stationery Services).
 
Europe - We aim to deliver within 7-14 working days, depending on country.(Excludes Personalised Stationery Services).
 
Out of Europe - We aim to deliver within 14-30 working days. (Excludes Personalised Stationery Services).

• Delivery times are only estimated, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances.
   
• Billing address - when entering this information, beware that this is the address where your bank card is registered too, not necessarily the delivery address.
   
• A signature may be required on delivery.
   
• We recommend that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package. This saves customers rearranging deliveries.
   
• We do not hold responsibility for packages that have been lost after proof of delivery.
