World cocktail day is Saturday 13th May, and with warm weather predicted for the weekend, we just can't wait to celebrate!  From simple, easy to throw together cocktails to something a little more extravagant, read on to discover some of the cocktails we can't wait to try this weekend.

Spiced rum, elderflower and pink grapefruit; this deliciously refreshing cocktail is perfect for making and serving in a jug.

you will need: 

1 chamomile tea bag

100ml pink gin

100ml spiced rum

100ml elderflower cordial

100ml grapefruit juice

ice

Taking around 5 minutes to make, this crowdpleaser is not too sweet or strong and is the perfect end-of-day drink.

1 tbs fresh rosemary

50g sugar

60ml gin

120ml grapefruit juice

30ml aperol

1 fresh rosemary sprig

42ml rhubarb mint simple syrup

56ml lime juice

40ml white rum

splash soda water
